Though room was small, but very nice and comfortable newly refurbished, with a nice airy balcony facing the snow capped mountain. Hotel nested in a nice tranquil neighborhood called Fleming Hill ( we were told by taxi driver that this is an affluent upper middle class neighborhood), there are a few boutiques, coiffure and cafes around, even a supermarket within 10 min walk. Also, there is a taxi waiting area right outside the hotel, making transportation convenient too . Housekeeping cleaning lady very nice, friendly and responsive

Very clean, modern and quiet. Attractive public rooms, all very well designed. I was amazed how quiet it was in the middle of apartment blocks and a market. Right by a taxi rank helped. Staff wer3 very efficient.

Good location for the price, plenty of cafes and restaurants around, incredibly clean and good room service; nice bathrooms and a lovely balcony. Good breakfast also.

The view was great, location very ideal for taxi or public transport. The heating system was very efficient. The solo gym is an added advantage.
